Meet Matt Hall, CEO and President of Operation Hired

Matt is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserve with over 30 years of military experience including two combat deployments; 20 years of private sector experience ranging from a Div 1 college football coach and recruiter to the Director of Veterans Services for the City of Indianapolis, and is also a certified leadership, executive and transitional coach.
Matt’s passion for supporting fellow veterans, commitment to strengthening military families, along with his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to launch Operation Hired.   He has assembled an expert team of fellow veterans and military-affiliated professionals to meet your company’s unique needs by putting veterans and spouses at the forefront of opportunity.
